Applying for Physics & Maths and Maths & Computer Science.

I really want to study maths at uni but I also love physics so I found this course at Loughborough that does physics and maths. I also want to apply to Oxford but they don't do physics with maths so I saw that the typical offer for maths and computer science is slightly lower than the other maths courses so I was thinking about applying for that.

My question is: Is it going to look weird if I apply for Physics and Maths at one place and Maths and Computer Science at the other? And also, is it worth it if I have to then target my personal statement towards three different subjects?

By the way, Computer Science was also in my list of possibilities and I'm doing a computer science course with Headstart this year so I don't just want to apply because of the lower typical offer.
