Anyone else have problems with OCR AS law?

This morning when we got our results, nearly all of my law class realised our grades were extremely low. We were all predicted at least a C - my prediction was an A, but I was hoping for at least a B. My dream is to do law at university.
However, the majority of us ended up with Es and Us. I got an E (86/200), yet law is my best subject, and I felt confident through both of the exams as my favourite topics were all in there and I answered them pretty good [in my opinion]. My friend in another class was failing a few months ago and I had to tutor her; she got an A!!! On the second paper she only dropped 2 marks. I'm not trying to be arrogant, but I know I can do better than an E. In all of the mocks and assessments so far I've gotten at least Bs. :angry:

One guy got 66/200, and another got even lower!!
My teacher is extremely confused and has put us in for a remark. I was wondering if anyone else had this problem? :s-smilie:
