EU continuing student- confirmation letter to be signed

Hello,

I'm a full time EU continuing student. About a couple of months ago or so I received a confirmation letter which I signed and resent back as you requested in order to confirm my loan for my second year. However, I have not received your reply yet stating that I'm entitled to the loan. I'm concerned as my course is due to start soon.
