Hi, I went to an under performing secondary school (33% A*-C), but now I go to a good sixth form and I was wondering if my GCSEs would be looked at contextually?

Depends on the University but they may be.
A good A-level performance, will however, in most cases mitigate a poorer performance at GCSE.
