Changing uni
Hi,
I sent you the form confirming my change of university and got no response or confirmation. Neither on paper nor on the online service. I was told it usually takes 11 working days to process these papers and it's been 14 by now. I'm getting worried, because I'm leaving on friday and I have no evidence from you that it got processed.
I'd be very grateful if you responded as quickly as possible.

It also takes a few days for the form to reach us by post and about 3 days for it to be scanned to your account. Please keep checking online for updates and if you are concerned about us receiving it please call: 0300 100 0607
