its crazy to think that there are some 24 hour subway's you just wouldn't think there would be the buisness. however, they do always seem to have a steady trickle of people in them. the one that i use typically between 2-3am in the morning, is always packed, and full of drunks. but of course thats in a student area, on or after the student nights. so your answer could lie in which nights you work. quiet ones could be best

4pm - 11pm (but we close at 10)

after doors close we have an hour to clean EVERYTHING
if you sweep up half an hour before closing (or when theres nothing else to do) then it'll speed things up and half an hour before closing get the mop ready
we close before clubs and everything so we dont have that many drunks though we get loads of people coming in before going out
