I've got a concern if this were to go anywhere
So I like this girl, and we get along pretty well. For reference, she is about a year older than I am.
Assuming she is amicable to a relationship, would there be any problems given that she is currently a full time employee of my parents? They're a small accountancy firm (10 members of staff, including my parents and her) if that makes any difference.
I want to ask her out, but amongst other things this is stopping me from doing so so any advice is appreciated.

If you don't work together, I don't see any issue.
