Hi i'm applying to study music in september. In the prospectus it says i need a B/C in music however on UCAS Track under conditions it only mentions the points not the music grade. Would i still need this grade as it is not mentioned in UCAS Track

Nope, UCAS is the one you need to go by.

Thid is correct. The standard offers are a guide only and can and do change for individual applicants. For instance, I have an offer of BBC for my firm choice to study English and Theology. I must achieve a min. of C in English, but someone else at my school has a different offer from the same University for the same course. They are required to obtain BBB. The official offer for you is the one received from the University via UCAS.
