Barclays traineeship 2016

hii I was wondering if anyone can help me , I have recently applied for a traineeship with Barclays and I have filled in the online form which was pretty quick and wrote my details down but have not received a response or phone
call back from them , wanted to know why and how long does it usually take because I really want that traineeship it will be really good for me , has anyone ever applied for a Barclays traineeship before . any information and help will be useful
