Met police recruitment - Staff roles

I am currently being vetted by the met for a police staff role. I have passed the medical and they have now gone out for references. Anyone have any idea how much longer this could take?

Hi, I believe it just differs from person to person! Mines currently been going on for eight weeks :smile:

HI, vetting will take at least six weeks. Mine took just bit over six weeks but even after your vetting is complete you ll have to wait a while for your final offer. my vetting was completed in summer but I am still waiting for my start date
