Extremely subjective questions so you're best off visiting any open days to see what they're like, but according to the Times Higher Education Student Experience Survey - https://www.timeshighereducation.com/student/news/student-experience-survey-2016-results - Loughborough is the best option.

Unfortunately, I am an international student and can not visit any open days :c
Some tables, though, place Swansea really high http://www.thecompleteuniversityguide.co.uk/league-tables/rankings?s=Computer+Science
Should I believe them ?

You're welcome.

What you asked for in your post was student experience/satisfaction - league tables typically take much more into account, including entry standards (basically the average grades of the people studying there) and research quality. These statistics shouldn't really matter that much for students, so league tables should only be taken with a pinch of salt.

Also, for Computer Science, assuming you are planning on doing something Computer Science related after your degree (not suddenly going into banking or something like that), the university you go to doesn't really matter that much. What matters more is the experience you gain, personal projects, internships, etc.

Out of the three universities you mentioned, Loughborough is probably held in higher regard but there isn't much of a difference between the three. I'd personally stay away from RHUL though (unless you're loaded, which as an international student you very well may be) due to the high cost of living in London.

Thank you so much for such a good reply !
Could you also recommend me any other good options, that would take me in with ABB ? Are there any services that would allow me to select desired universities looking at their entry standards ?

You're very welcome. http://university.which.co.uk/search/course? Try that link. Press "refine your search", stick in your predicted grades, then type 'computer science" in top search bar then search.

Actually that's not quite true, as Royal Holloway is on the outskirts of London accommodation is comparatively low. A room in a shared house will cost you roughly £400 per month. If you are interested these are the prices for halls in Royal Holloway - https://www.royalholloway.ac.uk/studyhere/accommodation/documents/pdfs/ughallfeesbands16-17.pdf

Both Loughborough and Egham (where Royal Holloway is situated) are very safe places to live. I would not regard Swansea as being as safe, particularly the city centre at night (I have stayed there by the way).
