how long did it take for someone to read ur personal statement on TSR?

basically ive put mine on - maybe 2 ish weeks ago but no one has viewed it yet so was just wondering how long it takes really? thanks :confused:

I'm a PS Helper, what was your PS on? I'll go and see if I can find it.

If nobody's replied yet then it may be because a) it's dropped off the first page (you only see your statement, but we see them all in the same layout as any other forum) or b) there aren't any specialists around to look at it at the moment.

What subject are you applying for? And where did you put your statement (in the PS Helpers main forum, in the Law/Humanities forum or in the Medical forum)? I'll see if I can find it and then flag it up so that a relevant helper can get to it.

I posted mine at something like one o'clock in the morning and had a really helpful reply when I woke up the next afternoon. :smile:

Same, I got an instant reply the next morning. : ) However, the one helping me with my PS said that she'd be gone for 3 weeks (that was just over 2 weeks ago) so I guess I'll have to wait a little bit longer for another update. n_n

Tomasiona Mhaire reviewed your statement, and you still haven't come back to it.

You don't get notified by PM or anything like that when someone's read/reviewed your statement as it would be an administrative nightmare for us. You have to come back to the PS Helper forum and look yourself.

Please remember as well this is a free service. I know the majority get seen in a couple of days, but others where we haven't maybe got many specialist subject helpers in that area may take a little longer, but due to the tagging of the threads we don't forget about them. If you wanted an email or whatever, you could always go to a website where you have to pay to get a similar view to what we have given you.

Also you should really have checked the thread in ask a pshelper before creating this thread.

Ensure that your subscribed to all the threads you post in, and then if your thread is replied to, clicking on usercp will cause the link to that thread to appear.
