Email still not working?

Is anybody else having trouble signing into their email account? I have the correct password and username combination, but it says that I don't. "ad/" also appears in front of my username while I'm in the process of trying to sign in, right before I'm denied...

Anybody know what's up?

it always puts ad\ before your username, dunno why. Just to check, you're not typing the '@nottingham.ac.uk' part are you? cos it's just meant to be your username.

/ad is fine.

Still not working. I type my username (ahybso) and my password.... It's the correct combination but I'm being told that it's not.
