looking for a potential replacement housemate for next academic year

Hey all,
Basically we've entered a contract for a house in Mt Pleasant next year, and a few of us (4/5 of us!) have come to agree that one of the house mates in the group is a serious liability, and cannot be trusted. He is constantly smashing stuff up in halls and stealing peoples food and kitchenware.

I'm going to speak to the estate agent and see where we stand with getting him replaced as a tenant tomorrow, but if anyone is looking for a place to live next year we have got a nice big 5 bedroom house (33 Rosehill terrace) for £310pcm. If you want any more info, don't hesitate to ask.
