I hate that girl. Well, I don't know her, obviously, but from interviews etc I can't stand her. She's a terrible Hermione, in my opinion. In the films, it's like the story is about Harry, Ron and Emma Watson.

I disagree. I think she's the only one thats perfect for the role out of the trio. She is exaticly how I pictured her in my head. Dan and Rupert look nothing like the Harry and Ron in my head.

daniel radcliffe doesn't look like the harry i pictured
I never said anything about how she looked; I was referring to her acting, as in, she doesn't portray Hermione's character well. I personally couldn't care less about how they look! As long as Ron has red hair, Harry has glasses, a scar and messy hair, and Hermione has bushy hair (although that disappeared in POA) I'm happy.

Again, I disagree. In the first movie she was perfect. She played a bossy, know it all little girl. And has carried on with that role through the following two movies. That is exaity how Hermione comes off in the books. The only difference is that she is more "flirty" in the movies, but thats the directors fault.

This still proves my theory that at least one person that was in your year (whether Primary or High) will become famous.

And that includes the porn industry

Hmmm i don't love her but she's not bad
And you can't argue with Daniel Radcliffe for Harry because JK Rowling chose him herself before casting even began!!

And I don't have anybody famous in my year... but one of the S Club Juniors went to my school :p:

I didn't mean at the moment, I ment years from now.

Although, one of the current Liverpool players lives in my home town, went to my school and was in the year above my older sister (I live in Ormskirk which is near Liverpool).

good for you
My best friend can claim Jonny Wilkinson then. :frown:

But he was privately educated.
I can understand why she has such a large male following she is very pretty I think they should have got a girl less good-looking to play hermione as she doesn't come across like that in the books

I don't hate her. I thought her acting was very good (better than daniel radcliffe's or rupert grint's). She isn't Hermione as I pictured her, but she does, imo, a good job of the role.

I have no idea what she's like as a person so I won't comment. But she - in fact most of the cast - seems perfectly normal.
daniel radcliffe was rubish in the first film : your famous harry, harry relpies really lamely with; but why am i famous hagrid

i think that emma and rupert are the best of the actors/actress daniel has got better in film 3.

How do you know? I think that Hermione was just one of those girls in your class that you never really look at in terms of looks. It isn't until something like Non-Uniform Day (or the Yule Ball) that you notice her.

Dude.. you are so true.. some women arent worth looking at in uniform, but then when they go on their casual attire, you'd drop every other girl for that woman, but hey.. there are loads of other beautiful ladies around =]

There were loads of girls in my class like that. When Non-Uniform day came around, you'd be staring at them thinking "Do you always look like that?"
