i just handed my portfolio in at the ruskin. I presented it in an A1 folder using large photographs of my work taken by a professional mounted and titled. I also added little scrap notes on pieces of paper to add a sense of imformality about it.

Whethers it's any good or not, i have no idea.

I didn't write about any of my work as i'm sure the people looking at it can either see what i was trying to do, or make their own minds up. If you are taking it to an interview then i suppose you will do the talking and you won't really need to write anything.
