Exhibit A(of many) against the racist lie there is no institutional racism

Companies pretending to be progressive for PR while underpaying blacks? How is that news?

Why single out black's when women are also identified as underpaid as well? No agenda there then.

Companies make profit. Anyone and any way in which profit can be maximised is exploited.
What you’ve done there is discovered a statistic and then decided to apply a motive that suits your agenda.
This isn't against "institutional racism", as if you read the article it literally says that the government told this company that they were doing pay wrong. Quote the article:

the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs audited the bank starting in late 2012 based on data concerning the years 2010 and 2011. On March 31 of this year—the same month Fearless Girl debuted on Wall Street—the government first informed State Street of “corrective actions required.”

So in other words, the US government is taking discriminatory pay seriously and doing things about it. No? Have I missed something?

So you are saying the issue of women being underpaid is more important the blacks being underpaid? {shakes head in shame}

Nope. My response was to a previous poster who singled out black's and ignored women, even though the article is about both.
