Linguistic techniques
Hi,
I'm currently in the middle of doing my English language coursework where I have to analyse the short story I wrote and write a commentary. However, in my short story I referred to the noun "drugs" as a "he." Can somebody please tell me the correct name for this technique as I have no idea what to refer to it as in my commentary?
