Dissertation advice

Hello, I'm due to start my dissertation for a foundation degree so 5,000 words, I'm looking at something along the lines of risky play in early years and perceptions of practitioners and parents but I'm struggling to get a more structured question

5,000 words isn't much to play with so you need to narrow it down - start by choosing an exact age that you could focus on (2-3 years old for example) and then choose to look at either parents or practicioners to narrow it down again. Then choose a specific area. So by the end it should be something like "An investigation into the perceptions of parents of 2-3 year olds on risky play in North East London" for example
