DECLINING GRADE MARKS QUESTIONS AND CONFUSIONS? plz Help !!!

ok heres my question i declined my grades for maths physics and chemistry in august 2k7 i gave all the A2s for them in june 2007 and i am retaking whole 6 units of physics this january unit 4 5 6 of chemistry and C3 and C4 this January as well.

i got 216/300 for AS physics 226/300 for AS Chem and
91/100 C1
85/100 C2
66/100 S1
70/100 M1
312/400
i really Did bad in june 2007

but i just want a B in maths and C in Chemistry and Physics.

i got 57/100 in C3 and 34/100 in C4 in june 2007
and 127/300 in A2 Chemistry in june 2007

i need 108/200 to get a B in Maths and 134/300 to get a C in Chemistry

NOW MY Questions Are

i gave C3 in 17 th Jan it was really only made 10 marks mistakes other answers were ok hoping to get 75 to 85 in that if i get 75 in C3
and less that 34 /100 in C4 will get a B?? Beacuse even if i Decline the Grade the BEST UNIT RESULTS WILL COUNTS RIGHT? I CALLED BRITISH COUNCIL THEY ALSO SAID THAT CAN ANYONE CONFIRM THIS?

so even if i get a 0/100 in C4 this Jan and 75/100 in C3 i will get a B right???

Same For Chemistry On average i need 45 in each unit of 4 5 and 6
in june 2007 i got 36/90 in U4 45/90 in U5 and 46/120 in unit 6 though i am resitting this january if i get MORE than 45 in U4 i will get a C and even if i get less than 45/90 in U5 and 46/120 i will get a C right?? the grade was declined but the best unit result will count in the overall calculation right?

SOMEONE PLZ CONFIRM THIS ITS KILLING ME AND BUGGING ME i need B C C:confused:

Um i've never resit before since its my first time in A level. For us international students doing Edexcel, my teacher said that if we were to resit and declining a grade, the best mark is chosen to be use to find ur overall grade. Thats all i know sorry.

Yes it's fine. Declining your grade just means that you don't "cash" it - i.e. it doesn't become official. It doesn't mean that you have somehow made it go away. Your best grade will still count.
