There is a lot of content either way. It may be easier to get a higher grade if you do separate science as there are more opportunities to gain marks. A couple of advantages of doing triple is that your grades are separated, so they really stand out, how well you do doesn't depend on ALL three combined and you can always drop back if you are finding it too hard. If you want to go into medicine, I would advise that you do triple.

I do Edexcel triple science, but I assume it is essentially the same for OCR.
