haha, thanks yeh im hoping they'll ring. Its at 5:00 so if they dont call by 5:05 then il call them lol

They will ring you. Quick tip, make sure you have a pad and two pens (one will always run out) by the phone, so you can show that you are taking it very seriously and you can refer back to earlier points. It should not generally be too long, try and relax and good luck.

they'll call you. have some general question answers ready,obviously it'll depend on the role you're going for, but if they asked how you've assisted someone or what customer service or the role you're applying for means to you etc etc
