Biggest team to get relegated from any manager game?

I have quite a few:
1. Chelsea went down in 2022/23 on a Liverpool save. They only have 1 defender in their entire squad, ending the season with a goal difference of -30 and only 35 points.
2. In another save Tottenham went down, also in 2022/23. A lot of their forwards suffered long injuries, and they had the worst attack in the league.
3. Schalke 04 went down in the second season of a Dortmund save, after losing 4-2 on aggregate in the relegation play off.
4. Arsenal are bottom of the league in January 2020 in a Cardiff save, but managed to finish 13th. They are bottom of the league again, it is February 2021.
