Yes... make an appointment to see you Doc. They have to let you see them but advise on booking the appointment that you want to view them so they can get them out. There's an option on one of the medical declaration forms as well, about viewing your records.

Yes you can see them, no you can't change them. So why bother? You'll just stress yourself out over it.

Your doctors are obliged to provide accurate info, so you can't ask for anything specific which may be relevant to be omitted. It's either an honest report or nothing.
You can't get the RAF Doctors to 'screen' you records before going to OASC. The best you can do is go to your Doc and ask what is on your records - presumably there is something specific you are worried about. Then you can look on the RAF website and/or speak to the AFCO about things that are absolute exclusions and then you may have your answer.

For medical conditions that are not an absolute exclusion but require some degree of medical judgement, then you need to make a full application, and they will consider the condition when they see you at OASC.

Once you have completed the interview at the AFCO, OASC will request medical details, they will review this and then inform you weather you are able to attend for aircrew or just ground crew.
