My NARIC certificate says I have a degree but no A levels

Hello, so I’m a recent graduate . I studied abroad and sent all my papers to NARIC for equivalents here in the uk.
My degree is compared fine to a bachelors but my baccalaureate was the equivalent of AS level. It does say level 3 but most places require ucas point without including AS levels so what can I do to strengthen my application??

Is yours not the same IB as this?

Have you contacted them and asked why? Did you complete the full qualification?
The IB shouldnt need naric as it is already well known and internationally recognised even in the UK.
Are you applying for another first degree?
It just becomes non standard and they will look more at your degree and the grades plus transcript.
You need to check with admissions.

So you have 2 issues.
1. Check with Naric to check they are correct as a full IB should be easily recognised and doesnt really need them. Its stated in nearly all uni entrance requirements. The only reasons I can think of is Naric are wrong, you didnt do the full IB.

2. Check with each uni admissions and see if you can apply on the basis of your degree.

Sadly it’s not an IB, so I don’t think they’re wrong but I was wondering if there was a test I could take that would be an A level equivalent.
I was wanting to do a graduate scheme but most require high UCAS points but I will ask to see if I can still apply with it.
Thanks

You see you used you said baccalaureate so as far as the UK would be concerned that is the one they know.
Graduate scheme as in a job.
You should talk to them. They will be more bothered about your degree.

No idea what graduate jobs or which country, but most will be from certain countries and qualifications they recognise or feel comfortable with.
If it says X ucas points you need to explain you went straight to uni as thats what everyone does. That would seem faster than either:

redoing A levels fro scratch.
BTEC
Access course
Masters.

Talk, send the naric and see how you get on.
You may need to apply for a 'statement of comparability' for your equivalent qualifications. This can be done from the https://www.ecctis.com website.
