Sleep deprived

My sleeping pattern is all messed up since lockdown especially this past few weeks. In 2 days, I only get to sleep for 2-4 hours, then no sleep again for another day. I can't sleep unless I am all drained, mentally and physically. Did anyone had the same problem? Any advice?

What do you do if you are not able to sleep? Now that lockdown has eased, go and have some exercise and see if that helps you to sleep. I am struggling getting any sleep as it is way too hot and I know how sleep deprivation affects you. Try and see if you can get your routine back.
