thanks - does anyone know whether when talking about e.g. consider HRA and ECHR would you also talk about cases such as leander v sweden, even though its not against the UK? ( would I need it for A level law)??
Im not sure about the particular module your doing and im doing the other one, but yes you would need to include relevent cases when applying the law to your case you are presented with (in the exam)..

When a Question asks the following, how would you answer it? Its A level. Any suggestions would be grateful.

Discuss the suggestion that English law has not yet achieved an appropriate balance between the
right to privacy and the right to freedom of expression.

-Maybe you could start with defining the terms in the question. e.g. what is meant by The right to Privacy and freedom of speech.
-Then you just need to discuss (so maybe not fully evaluate), arguments/facts which DO support the idea that English law has achieved an appropiate balance ....etc...and then give ideas that suggest English law HASNT.
-Then possibly a brief conclusion.
