Guy shouting at me at college

I was just walking post this classroom and this kid was just in there shouting something something at me, I don’t know what he was shouting but he was just yelling something. The kid is familiar, he is some annoying guy that annoys me and other people. He has previously just been cheeky to me, once I was just in the corridor standing there and he was just telling me to go away but my next lesson was meant to be there so I was just waiting for it

It’s hard sometimes because I was just there not doing anything walking past that room then he was shouting. He can’t just be left to continue just because he has autism
