Msc Finance in University of Sussex or University of Exeter

Hi, guys
I received unconditional offers from Exeter and Sussex - Msc Finance and Management for Exeter and Msc Finance and Banking for Sussex.
Since I only study for 1 year, my goal is to travel and experience the culture as much as possible.
I heard Brighton is quite a vibrant city with great transportation system but I've seen quite a lot of negative reviews about facilities and student support lately. On the other hand, Exeter has pretty nice reviews but the city is small and quiet.
Can someone give me some opinions on this matter? Thank you so much!
