Edinburgh vs Manchester for Economics and Politics

Hi I got conditional offers from Edinburgh and Manchester for Economics and Politics, but I'm kinda struggling to choose between the two. Does anyone have any suggestions?

If you are interested in IB here is the list of target and semi target unis
Target: Oxbridge, LSE, ICL, UCL, Warwick
Semitarget-Bristol, Nottingham, Durham, Bath, Exeter, Edinburgh, York, St Andrews
good (but not quite semi)- Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle,

A masters for IB is only worth it if you get into a Target, not many master (semi-targets) in IB
Target for (masters): LBS, Oxbridge, LSE, UCL (Warwick is even a maybe)
