Uni of Edinburgh accomodation for biochem student?

I have an unconditional offer for Biochemistry BSc, and I'm starting to think about accomodation and student life in Edinburgh. I'd like to live closer to George Square and the central campus to be able to go out easily, but most of my classes will take place at King's Buildings. I'm willing to go catered or self-catered; does anyone have advice about which accomodation I should look to live in? I have a mobility impairment that can make walking around for long periods of time difficult, so close access to buses would be helpful.
