QMUL vs Liverpool vs Birmingham

QMUL vs Liverpool vs Birmingham

Hi, I have applied for MSc Artificial Intelligence at QMUL and Birmingham and MSc Advanced computer science at Liverpool.
I have recieved offers from QMUL and Liverpool and waiting for Birmingham. Liverpool offers a placement year whereas the others don't.
I am planning to take an educational loan and I am comfortable living in any city. I am also not planning to do a part time job and want to focus all my time on studies. I am not from UK so all I have to rely on are rank numbers as all the courses are good.
I am confused which to choose and which is better.
