My friend is taking driving test on his own car. One front fog light is not working. Is it ok.

Unfortunately not, to use your own car there are quite a few requirements. Everything has to work and no warning lights. Clean car, extra mirror for examiner. There is a list on the government website if you google it. Good luck with their test :smile:

No examiner is going to check your fog lights before you go out on test, they'll be fine as long as there's no warning light for it.
