It's "Introduction to Karl Marx" by Elster, and what annoys me is that I didn't even use it
I found it!! It was under my bed

 how did I not know about that? When/where is it?
They didn't provide anymore information than was here and I expect you can easily find them if you google AIESEC and Cambridge. Apparently they're at the careers service among other places.

The meeting was next door to my Grandfather's office :s-smilie:

Oh well done. As far as I remember, Elster was about the most unhelpful person for me last year when I first came across Marx, but oh well. Maybe I'm remembering the other person. Aron? :hmmmm:

Alex come and introduce yourself to me. I have no idea who you are.

Where and when will I be able to find you? I haven't seen you since the JPC welcome meeting.

Grrr, after attempting to read my lecture notes I have deduced that I need to write clearer. :frown:

ah, I think I may discover that I need to do that when I actually get round to reading my notes .... the Christmas break is a perfectly good time to this, yes? :o:

I told you at minimo's birthday and you didn't know who it was :p: He's only my step-grandfather though, so it doesn't count.

And you're welcome.

Lol, I'm sure I want it to count! I never really thought about what my parents and family did for a living until I moved to England and everyone seemed absolutely obsessed with it!

I suppose in SA it was the same but with race :dontknow: I'm trying to see if I can get a development internship there over the summer and see my family simultaneously. That's why I went along tonight - unfortunately they don't seem to guarantee finding you a place where you want to go.

I'm going to sign out now. I've had a truly horrible experience of TSR today. I came online in a bad mood, and have encountered more than the usual level of crap around, and have not responded very well.

People seem to be literally qeueing for neg today :s-smilie:

So many morons, so little time :p:

Also, I have decided that there is something inherently pornographic about hand-drawn diagrams of plates being subducted. :s-smilie:

Sorry to hear your day was rubbish :hugs: :frown:

I had a very tiring day and came home unable to feel my toes. I am now off to the library again. After that, however, I'm hoping to be able to watch spooks and then proceed to bed

It's ridiculous here today, especially on that "girl who got interviewed and stropped about it" thread. Why do some people think that coming to Cambridge means they don't get a "real student experience" and that when we go out into the "real world" we won't be able to deal with the fact that some people aren't intelligent. I mean, WTF? Grrrrrr.

I'm hardly clever but tbh I would be lying if I said that people who confused 'egg' with 'e.g.' didn't annoy me greatly :p:
