Interview was relaxed. They will ask you a series of senario based questions to see how you would react. I just answered using common sense (as never worked in healthcare before) and was fine. I was slightly nervous and asked for them to repeat the question again a few times and they were happy to. There was talk towards the end of me completing the foundation that they were changing it for next year so might be different but should still be fine! Good luck
