Hello, would like to ask after being shortlisted, if being invited to the award ceremony is it a must to go? Or if being invited is it means getting a prize?

Hello,

No, going to the award ceremony is not necessary. If you check out the website in the FAQs section, it says that if you cannot attend, your certificate will be mailed to you. As for getting a prize, being shortlisted doesn’t mean you’ll receive one. Making the shortlist simply means your essay is eligible for getting a commendation or award.
