Congratulations on your place at YSJ. My three years here have been brilliant and you should be very excited.
I would recommend that you have a look on the Facebook Fresher pages for YSJ. Applicants will post about accommodation there to find house mates and you can access group chats there too. These are applicant made but can be for your flat, house or even whole accommodation site. This was how I got to know my flat mates before moving.
However, as you are posting online, please be careful with personal information and remember you are on a public forum before you disclose anything.
