Offering student accommodation in Exeter

I am a first year Law student in the Unversity of Exeter. Currently, I live in a studio in Birks Grange Village, however I have a contract for a studio for next year with Exeter One. Some things have changed since and I am looking for someone who may be interested to live in the studio instead. The contract is for a classic studio for a length of 51 weeks at £206 per week. The contract length can, however, be flexible to 44 weeks instead. Since Exeter One is a private accommodation, all bills are included in the price provided. The studio will be ideal for postgraduate students, international students or other undergraduates like me going into second and third year and looking for a place with a bit more privacy. Please feel free to respond to this post if interested or refer anyone you know that may be interested instead.
