in all the photos it seems like underneath beds are blocked off , is this true ?
also , when do we know our flat / story and how can I do the induction on the accommodation website?

I am working on the first question about the beds but the Welcome Induction video and arrival time slot system will open after the bank holiday weekend.
You'll receive an email when you can log in, and once you've completed the Welcome Induction, you'll be able to book your arrival slot!
