Application update 2 lsbu

I have not heard back from lsbu,

I know isbu has all my docs, but I am very scared to call as I have called and a staff member in the admin team talked to me like I have done something wrong.

I was questioned and not helped

I think it's my family name, or the course is too high for someone like me.

The admin team is stopping my life goals.

I don't know what to do, I know my white friend has enrolled.

I feel so lost.
