is the London south bank university actually decent, LSBU

I have gotten an unconditional offer from them for there film and tv practice course, the course itself is very good, nice staff and it sets you up well for a career as they partner with lots of the nearby companies. bfi, bbc. What isnt so appealing is the reviews, lots of people say the teachers are poor, and a lot of extra time has to go into out of time studying. The course is one of my top choices but the mixed reviews are starting to put me off.
