In 2020 I was going to do a 2 year course but i completed 1 year and dropped out in December 2021 cause my mental health got worse

and during that period I was contacted about an overpayment lol and in Aug 2022 i was told if i went back to university i wouldn't have to worry about it but it seems SFE are hiring staff that dnt have accurate information between themselves cause i got a call recently in sept 2023 and the staff sounded so rude but he was demanding i set up a payment plan which i said i cant afford but anyways the point of this is to ask can i still get funding for a 3 year course if i have previous study cause i saw that even tho u stayed in the course for any period of time it still counts as 1 year i just want to know cause im sad and depressed idk what to do..
