25yrs with limited leave to remain granted on the basis of half year rule
I am 25 years with limited leave to remain and I got limited leave to remain on 25th November 2019 ,I came to UK on 8th February 2008.
I applied for student loan and i was refused.
This is the reason why they refused
"you are not eligible to receive student finance because you do not meet the
below criteria:
Aged 18 years of age or above and have lived in the UK for at least half
your life or at least 20 years before the first day of the first academic
year of your course".
Can I appeal this decision because I got limited leave to remain visa because I've already spent half of my age living in UK. Thanks
