1. What's your least favorite food? Coconut, awful stuff.
2. What's your favorite food? In terms of an individual foodstuff, icecream, a meal would be Lasagna.
3. What's your favorite animal and why, if you don't like animals, what is your least favorite song? My favourite animal has to be the noble creature that is the fox.
4. Favorite movie? I'm not a big movie watcher, but Airplane! is pretty great.
5. Least favorite movie? Not really sure.
6. Do you like art? Depends what, but yes.
7. What's your favorite song? Too many to choose from, I'll stick my head out with 2112 as an all time favourite, but I've been listening to the Trans-Siberian Orchestra's rendition of Carol Of The Bells quite a lot recently.
8. What music artist do you listen to the most? Rush I'd guess, Blue Oyster Cult or Primus may come close, perhaps even Sisters Of Mercy in terms of recent trends.
9. Who's your favorite family member? I like most of them, I couldn't really pick. Outside of living relatives, one of my g-g-g-g-grandfathers was quite an interesting person.
10. Who is your hero? I don't have a hero per se, but there are some people whom I admire. Off the top of my head, a few would be Tommy Flowers, Paul Erdős, Richard Feynman, Sir Christopher Lee.
11. If you could live anywhere, where would it be? I don't have a specific place, but somewhere semi-rural in Britain with a nice bit of nature.
12. What is your biggest fear? Either death or heights. The first one I'll probably come to terms with as I get older, but the latter's a lost cause.
13. What is your favorite family vacation? I don't have a specific one, Slovenia's a nice place to go though.
14. What would you change about yourself if you could? Social competency. It really lets me down when I want to interact with people who I'm less familiar with. Other than that, I'm content with how I am, and if I wasn't like that I wouldn't be me.
15. What really makes you angry? Poor grammar, hypocrisy, wilful ignorance, Nazi apolagists.
16. What motivates you to work hard? Personal interest - it can come back to bite me if I'm not interested in something I'm meant to be working on.
17. What is your favorite book to read? There are far too many. Books by Jaspe Fforde, Dickens, or Tolkein I tend to find consistently enjoyable.
18. What makes you laugh the most? Absurdist humour. Plus a lot of 70s/80s sitcoms.
19. What was the last movie you went to? What did you think? I haven't actively gone to a cinema in years, but I watched 1917 earlier today (for a second time) which was very good.
20. What did you want to be when you were small? From toddlerhood to about eleven; in order: builder, train driver, electrical engineer, lego designer, mechanical engineer.
21. If you could choose to do anything for a day, what would it be? No clue, it depends on what I'm doing on other days.
22. What is your favorite game or sport to watch and play? Badminton to play, and I'm not not a fan of watching sport.
23. Would you rather ride a bike, ride a horse, or drive a car? I'm not old enough to drive yet (ask me again on the 29th and I'll have a different answer) so I'd say ride a bike.
24. What would you sing at Karaoke night? YYZ by Rush. Instrumentals are the best for singalongs.
25. What two radio stations do you listen to in the car the most? Absolute or Jack FM if I have a choice; Classic FM is the middle ground if no one can agree.
26. Which would you rather do: wash dishes, mow the lawn, clean the bathroom, or vacuum the house? Mow the lawn. It's a bit noisy and weather dependant, but I like being outside.
27. If you could hire someone to help you, would it be with cleaning, cooking, or yard work? Cleaning, cooking has to be done, whereas cleaning is something which I'm more likely to put off without something else compelling me.
28. If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be? Lasagna: protein, veg and carbs in one delicious stratified portion.
29. Who is your favorite author? Too many good ones. Dumas, Tolkein, Dickens, Jasper Fforde, Douglas Adams, and Dostoevsky are all pretty great.
30. Who is your favorite person? A friend.
