References and UCAS

For my application, the consultant has put in a buzzword of their partner and they still have not filled my references, more like they are not aware that they are supposed to put my references. I will speak to the consultant tomorrow since today is an off-day. Will UCAS still accept the references?
When you say consultant - do you mean an agent?
Is this a commercial company who are helping you with university applications?

yes, an agent is what I meant, both my friend and I are facing this issue.

We weren't aware that they would do the application through one of their partner organisations, that is, the buzzword they used is not their's but their partners'
Are you applying for any competitive courses/universities?

Your agents have missed the equal consideration deadline for applications.

If you have paid them any money I would demand a refund as they clearly don’t know what they’re doing.

The UCAS applications are already done but since it was done through the partner's organisation, the references have not been done.
The references part is the issue.
I don't know if UCAS would still accept the references.

The application isn’t submitted to UCAS until the reference is added.
the deadline has passed. You might as well apply with a reference now.
