Feedback request for Magdalen college undergraduate admission

Has anyone asked for feedback about their admission to Magdalen college? I have heard from my friend that other colleges replied quickly and gave feedback in one week.
I wrote the feedback request email to Magdalen Admission Office, but unfortunately, not received any further emails in January and February.
The request deadline is next week (15, Feb), do i need to request again?

You could try ringing their college office. By law they should have replied by now I think.
