To be honest, these exams probably weren't the most accurate representation of what I could do because I've been struggling with my health over the past year unfortunately :frown: But now I'm finally on the mend! It would be so, so amazing if I could get everything up to a 9 but I would be happy with some 8s in subjects that I'm worse at like English Lit. Hopefully I'll get there! I'm also studying FSMQ but we haven't had any exams for that yet because we only recently started the course.

Also for context I plan to study Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Economics at A Level!

I procrastinated loads today and only got 1 hour of revision done. I feel rubbish about it but I'm determined to be more productive tomorrow.

Today's summary: 1 hour, 2 minutes
FSMQ: revision of numerical methods - 1 hour, 2 minutes
Important dates
Days until Spanish oral exam (worth 25% of final grade): 9 days
Days until start of GCSEs: 78 days

Ok, so today wasn't perfect, but it was definitely better than yesterday. Improvement is improvement. I'm working on my procrastination, and I'm hoping it will get easier with time. I'm working on my discipline, and even though I wanted to study for way longer today, at least I studied for a bit. Something is better than nothing.

Daily Summary: 2 hours, 15 minutes
English: read through the rest of the anthology texts that I needed to read for my coursework, finished planning the commentary, wrote the introduction of my essay - 55 minutes
Spanish: revised some vocab for topic D (world of work) on Quizlet, began to write down and record verbal answers to questions given by teacher - 1 hour, 16 minutes
FSMQ: one question on numerical methods - 4 minutes
Important dates
Days until Spanish oral exam (worth 25% of final grade): 8 days
Days until Drama monologue exam (worth 15% of final grade): 17 days
Days until start of GCSEs: 77 days

Daily Summary: 48 minutes
Chemistry: revised topic 6 (groups in the periodic table) - 30 minutes
RS: 12 marker on homosexuality (homework) - 18 minutes

Ugh, I had an absolutely rubbish day. Wasn't feeling well. Hopefully I'll feel better tomorrow.

Side note: I might start writing a daily to-do list the night before just to remind me of all the work I need to get done!

Apart from Maths, all of this was done at school. I feel like I procrastinate less in the school library, maybe because there are less distractions. I don't know. I might have a look at changing the screen time settings on my phone...

- Spanish oral revision
- Finish English coursework

Wasn't feeling that well in the morning but things picked up later today. I also procrastinated quite a bit because I've got some sort of mental block about English. It's one of my worst subjects and I literally dread writing essays. Like, no offence Wilfred Owen, but I don't know why you used sibilance in that one line of your poem. (in all honesty, though, I actually quite like reading the poems, just not analysing them )
