I currently have offers from UCL and KCL. I have an offer for Politics and International Relations with a AAA grade requirement at UCL. At KCL, I have an offer for Political Economy with an A*AA grade requirement. I already have AAA in AS level. Which should I opt for as my firm?

well UCL is definitely an overall better university and is ranked top 10 GLOBALLY, however KCL is very good, but not on the level of UCL. For your courses, UCL is ranked higher for politics and KCL is ranked higher for international relations. In my opinion firming UCL would be a no brainer.
