Firstly an arts degree at Durham can take you anywhere as long as you aim high and finish with a first or 2.1. Its reputation is outstanding and highly respected by city employers. The law conversion course is no more, you take the same exams as those with a law degree called SQE. The main thing is the extra curricular activities which you will need to be able to get any job. Durham is full of these opportunities, make the most of them lead societies and get the skills you need on your CV. A degree alone will not carry a weak applicant. An alternative is to apply for a masters in another subject at oxbridge following this degree, that will carry you anywhere but again those soft skills are needed.
