Question for those who have had an endoscopy?
Has anyone had an endoscopy? With or without sedation?

I've had two, both without sedation.
Both were fine, though they had a lot of problems getting the scope down during the second one so my throat got badly scratched and was sore for about two weeks afterwards.
It can make you gag and it feels a bit funny feeling the scope poking inside your stomach but other than that, it was fine.
